Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Textrehab, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. We have established these policies to ensure you fully understand the return and refund procedures. These terms apply within the United States.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We provide a 30-day return period. You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A purchase receipt or proof of order is required.

B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

No worries—our shipments do not include a return label. Just email support@textrehabcom, and we will assist you with your return or exchange.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To begin a return, contact us at support@textrehabcom. Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Your order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation screenshot)

  • Reason for the return

For a smooth process, please attach a photo or video of the damaged or faulty item for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and review your return (usually within 24 hours of arrival), you will receive a confirmation email stating the return has been processed. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued within 14 days. Please note that it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

D. DAMAGED, WRONG, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We offer exchanges only for defective items, incorrect shipments, or incorrect sizes based on your order. If you wish to request an exchange, please email us at support@textrehabcom.

E. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only offered for damaged, incorrect, or faulty items. If you need to exchange an item, feel free to contact us at support@textrehabcom.

  • Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for defective products.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and evaluated, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund.

G. CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to ensure a full refund. After this window, cancellation may not be possible, depending on the status of production.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct, including the street and house number, to ensure prompt delivery. If a delivery failure occurs due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any associated costs. We appreciate your understanding.
